Privacy Policy

Emora ("Emora", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Tulos Technologies Pvt Ltd, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Emora mobile application and related services (the "Platform"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

The Platform lets you connect with listeners and professionals for paid conversations over audio or video calls and chat, using in-app credits ("coins"). Tulos Technologies Pvt Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at support@emoraapp.in.

2. Information we collect

Account and identity

Payments and, for professionals, payout details

Your communications and activity

Device and technical information

Permissions the app may request

The app asks your device for permissions only to provide features you use — for example, notifications (to alert you to incoming calls and messages) and microphone and camera access (to place audio and video calls). You can manage these in your device settings; declining a permission may disable the related feature.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not store your precise location or IP address for tracking. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use your information

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run the service, and with providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations:

Some of these providers process information outside India, including in the United States. We share only what each one needs for the purpose listed above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Tulos Technologies Pvt Ltd. If our business is transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Emora is primarily a mobile app and does not rely on advertising cookies. Any web pages we operate (such as this one) use only what is necessary to serve the page.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction and communication records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request — including to delete your account and associated data — email us at support@emoraapp.in. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. Note that some information may be retained where the law requires or permits it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children

The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use Emora. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under the required age, we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
